As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Life Coach, my goal is to present useful information and practical tips to enable Christian women to live their best lives possible. For the next few weeks our focus will be: Change Your Thinking. Change Your Life. We are all a product of what we think. The way we perceive the world affects the way we relate to it, and subsequently, the way it relates back to us. Real change begins by going deeper than simple behavior management; lasting change begins with our thoughts. We begin this journey by identifing our sabotaging thoughts and then follow that identification by learning to replace each one with helpful, supportive, and realistic beliefs.
